Bid Coordinator

Location: Maidenhead or London. Minimum 3 days per week in office, flexible working.

What you will do

  • Coordinating bids, tenders and framework opportunities through to submission.
  • Producing bid documents using Adobe InDesign.
  • Managing deadlines, inputs, and compliance.
  • Liaising with engineers, project managers, and directors.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in bid or proposal coordination.
  • Strong InDesign and document production skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong work ethic, can-do attitude and the ability to follow processes and manage multiple deadlines.
