Full-Time/Part-Time and relief contracts.

The Role: Key Responsibilities

• Provide Essential Personal Care and Mobility Support, including confident assistance (moving, handling, transfers).
• Deliver person‑centred support for daily living, skills development, financial management, and community engagement.
• Demonstrate Emotional Resilience and maintain a positive presence across demanding and varied shift patterns.

Qualities We Seek – Support Worker – Witham & Tiptree, Essex

• Compassion and Resilience: A truly caring nature coupled with the confidence to manage challenging situations.
• Flexible and Adaptable: Willingness to work varied shifts (days, evenings, sleep‑ins) and a professional approach to personal care.
• Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for effective documentation and teamwork.
• Experience desirable in epilepsy, PEG and catheter care.
• Experience desirable with mental‑health diagnosis.
• Previous experience in care or support work is a plus. We are looking for the right attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
