Job Overview
Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations, you’ll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores. It’s a physically demanding, high‑intensity role that keeps our stores running like clockwork. If you’re ready to roll your sleeves up and work smart, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Manage stock, deliveries, and all behind‑the‑scenes work to keep the shop floor full, clean and ready for customers.
- Maintain fast, focused, and accurate product flow, ensuring urgency and accuracy in inventory handling.
- Work flexibly across the wider store as needed, adapting quickly to changing retail demands.
- Use digital tools confidently to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently, focusing on availability and speed.
- Act as a key team player, collaborating across functions and supporting colleagues throughout the store.
Qualifications
Experience in Retail Operations or a similar environment is preferred but not required. Candidates must be physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
