Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and caring person to provide support to residents at Plas Cae Crwn.

Responsibilities

• Provide person‑centred care in line with individual care plans.
• Assist with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
• Maintain accurate documentation (fluid/food intake, activities, incidents).
• Promote dignity, choice and inclusion.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team and support colleagues in day‑to‑day duties.
• Maintain a safe, happy and caring environment.

Shift Times

• Long day – 07:45 – 20:15
• Morning – 07:45 – 14:15
• Afternoon – 14:00 – 20:15

Experience: No experience required. We provide full training and ongoing support.
