Affinity Trust is seeking a Support Worker based in Broad Oak, Brede to help individuals with learning disabilities lead fulfilling lives. You will provide essential support in daily activities while fostering independence and confidence.
The role includes flexible working hours, including weekends and sleep-in shifts, requiring a full UK driving licence. Full training, including NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, will be provided.
