We are looking for enthusiastic graduates who are finishing their studies this year or already graduated, with full‑time availability (5 days per week, Monday to Friday). We currently have multiple roles across Bristol.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils
- Support children with behaviour, engagement, and emotional regulation
- Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
- Build positive relationships and act as a role model
- Gain experience across mainstream, SEN, and SEMH settings
We welcome graduates from a wide range of disciplines, including:
- Education

- Occupational Therapy
- Speech & Language Therapy
- Sports Coaching / Sports Science
If your degree involves working with people, behaviour, or development, your skills are highly transferable.
- Final‑year students or graduates ready to start in September 2026

- Strong communication and resilience
- Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain)
- Interest in careers such as teaching, educational psychology, social work, or youth work
- Valuable real‑world classroom experience
- A strong foundation for careers in education or child‑focused professions
- Exposure to diverse learning needs and school environments
- Ongoing support and guidance from a dedicated consultant
