Are you a caring, enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant looking for a long-term role where you can truly make a difference?
We’re working with a welcoming and inclusive school in Chelmsford that is seeking a dedicated LSA to support pupils within their specialist Inclusion Hub. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with SEN experience who is passionate about helping young people thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
The Role
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with Special Educational Needs
- Work within the school’s Inclusion Hub, supporting pupils who may need additional guidance
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment
- Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCo, and support staff
What We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting children with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language needs)
- A patient, resilient, and empathetic approach
- Someone looking for a long-term role and wanting to build strong relationships
- A genuine passion for education and helping young people succeed
