Salary: £27,976 plus bonusShifts: Monday‑FridayFull time, Permanent – 40 hours per weekLocation: GlasgowWe are a REAL LIVING WAGE employer.

Successful applicants must be able to pass a DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for escalated issues from the Credit Control team
• Answer any customer queries regarding disputes with invoices
• Monitor and review customer debt collection through phone, email and letters
• Overcome stalls and objections to reach agreements for debt collection
• Display a friendly, confident manner, excellent communication skills and a real ability to build rapport with customers
• Use initiative to create original solutions to problems

Required Experience

• Excellent communication skills
• Previous telephone experience
• Previous customer service experience desirable but not essential
• Previous experience in credit control desirable but not essential
• Great problem solving skills
• Track record in customer query management
• Ability to work both in a team and as an individual
• Enthusiastic and passionate member of the team
• Ability to thrive within a busy environment
• Knowledgeable on MS Office
