Continuous Improvement & Automation Coordinator

ALS in Coventry is seeking an Operational Excellence Coordinator to help drive continuous improvement across operations. You will work closely with site leadership to enhance productivity and streamline processes using automation and digital tools.

The ideal candidate will have experience in continuous improvement environments and a solid understanding of Lean principles. This permanent position offers a salary of £30,000 per annum, alongside generous benefits including annual leave and a pension plan.
