About the Role
Behind every successful store is a strong, driven leadership team. We are looking for a confident, sales driven Assistant Manager who thrives in a fast paced environment and leads from the front.
This role is ideal for someone who:

You won’t just support the store, you will help drive performance, develop your team and play a key role in creating an environment where success naturally follows.
Your day to day responsibilities
- Leading from the front to deliver strong sales performance and set the standard on the shop floor
- Coaching, developing and motivating a high performing, target driven team
- Driving sales and KPIs through hands on leadership and strong commercial awareness
- Creating a warm, friendly, luxury in store experience for every customer
- Supporting the Store Manager to deliver store targets and overall performance
- Taking ownership of the store, including its performance, in the absence of the Store Manager
- Using data, insight and instinct to identify opportunities and maximise performance
