Multilingual Proactive Support Specialist – Spanish/Portuguese

MiniMed Group in Watford is looking for a Multilingual Customer Service Representative to provide proactive support for individuals with diabetes. In this role, you’ll engage customers through onboarding coaching and help them navigate their therapy journey.

The ideal candidate is multilingual, fluent in English and at least one additional language (Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian), and has strong communication skills. The role is full time with flexible remote options.
