If you share our values and have experience working in supported accommodation, or have relevant transferable skills supporting individuals and managing housing, we want to hear from you.
We are a leading youth homelessness charity based in the Southwest, working with over 1,500 young people. We are driven by social justice and passion and we strive to see tangible results in the lives of the young people we support.

- Use your knowledge and creativity to help young people maximise their income and manage their rent accounts, including addressing arrears and reinforcing a positive rent culture.
- Work on your own initiative and alongside your team to ensure a safe and thriving home environment for young people.
- Undertake housing‑management tasks such as preparing properties for letting, supporting young people during entry and exit to the service, and conducting health and safety checks.
- Keep a variety of records up to date using IT skills.
- Work to a set rota, including evenings and weekends and lone working shifts, and apply or develop skills and knowledge of the Supported Accommodation Regulations for care‑experienced young people.
Skills and knowledge
- Experience in supported accommodation or transferable skills supporting individuals, with an understanding of housing requirements.
- Ability to listen empathically, develop tailored support plans, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Good organisational and IT skills, and the ability to keep detailed records.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and lone‑working shifts.
- Previous experience of delivering support to young people leaving care or dealing with trauma is an advantage but not essential.
