YOUR MISSION

• You will be part of a BIG MAMMA bar team.
• You will be managing the daily operations of the bar alongside the bar manager.
• You will delegate tasks, coach and support the team, run services, lead briefings, onboard new team members and train the team.
• You will participate in monthly inventory, assist with ordering and implement seasonal menu changes.
• You will maintain health and safety standards and keep the bar clean and organised.
• You will spread magic and help our customers live the best moment of their day.
• You will embody BIG MAMMA values: a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a problem‑solving attitude.

YOUR SKILLS

• Big smile and passion for Italian food.
• Great energy, proactive attitude and team spirit.
• Excellent customer service, communication and leadership skills.
• Expert bar knowledge including classic cocktails.
• Previous experience as a bar supervisor/assistant bar manager in a fast paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
