Part-Time Operations Administrator

Provide a first-class level of customer service whilst supporting the operations manager, terminal manager and site technicians with general administrative tasks.

Monitor daily, weekly and monthly safety check readings for the plant and update paperwork and spreadsheets, process any purchase or invoice disputes, arrange the attendance of engineers to breakdowns for contract customers and invoice for any chargeable work.

Part-time contract, 3–6 months, 20 hours per week.
