Location: The Grove Care Home – Shaw healthcare, Ynyscedwyn Rd, Ystradgynlais, Swansea SA9 1BE

Salary: £13.67

Hours: (Days- 14) (Nights – 35)

Shift Times: (Days – 07:15-14:45 and 14:15-21:45) (Nights – 21:30-07:30)

The Grove is a 30‑bed care home located in Ystradgynlais, near Swansea, specialising in residential care. The facility is set within extensive, landscaped gardens, providing a serene environment for residents.

Job Responsibilities

• Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
• Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
• Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day‑to‑day duties
• Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment

No experience required – values and behaviours matter more than background. Training, support, and development opportunities are provided.
