Shift Pattern
7.5 hours per day, fixed Tuesday – Thursday and then flexible for either Monday or Friday.
This is a 3 month fixed term contract, with the potential to go permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Event set-up and strip-down
- Set up pop up banners/pack away and store after event and then set up stand/stall furniture prior to event start date
- Set up visual equipment
- Ensure event installation is set up in a safe manner
- Furniture layout changes and storage of furniture when not in use
- Support vehicle movements within the building
- Support external event teams
- Stores runs to collect equipment for events
- Meet with customers to store network equipment
- Support Catering team with hospitality furniture & power requirements
- Support Collaboration hosts with furniture and layout changes
- Movement of event supported deliveries & collections
- Furniture reconfigurations after events (building reset)
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Driving Licence
- Good physical mobility
- Manual handling
- Dexterity (furniture building and dismantling)
- General DIY experience
- Internal and external working
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Good communication skills
Desirable:
- Computer literate
- MEWP Operation
- Forklift Operation
