About The Role
Reporting to: Registered Manager
Salary: £12.73 – £14.30 per hour
Location: Medway
Working Hours: Part Time (30 hours) / Full Time (45 hours)
LDC Care has been supporting people since 1999, and we are looking for inspiring, friendly and caring individuals to join our care teams. As a Support Worker you will assist people we support with a range of hobbies and interests, such as going on holidays, pamper days, events, cinema, theme parks and shopping. You will receive a comprehensive two‑week induction programme and ongoing opportunities to develop your career through our LDC Academy and further specialist courses.

About You
You should be kind and caring, with strong ethical values and the ability to support someone through good times and bad. Experience working in care settings and supporting adults with similar needs is ideal, but a fully qualified applicant or someone new to the sector who wants to start a career in social care is also welcome.
