You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and supporting the day-to-day coordination of concrete services. The role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to develop your knowledge within a specialist industry.

The Role

  • Provide excellent customer service via telephone and email
  • Respond to customer enquiries and website requests efficiently
  • Prepare quotations for concrete products and services
  • Process customer orders accurately using internal systems
  • Assist with the day-to-day coordination of concrete services
  • Carry out general administrative duties
  • Take customer payments over the phonel
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all information is updated correctly
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver a smooth and efficient service

About You

  • Previous customer service or sales administration experience would be beneficial
  • Concrete industry knowledge or experience would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A reliable team player who enjoys working collaboratively
