Job Description:

Manpower UK is seeking a Customer Service Adviser to join their client’s team in Bristol on a temporary contract, offering up to £19.35 per hour.

The Role

  • Make outbound calls to existing members to support renewals and retention.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle enquiries professionally.
  • Promote the benefits and services available to members.
  • Maintain accurate records and update databases.
  • Work towards individual and team targets.
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve account queries.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Functional Skills in English and Maths at minimum.
