Onsite Maintenance Technician — Plumbing & Safety (Student Housing)

UPP is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Plymouth to ensure our student residences are safe and well-maintained. In this full-time role, you’ll handle various maintenance tasks, responding to requests, ensuring compliance, and working collaboratively with contractors.
