Your Impact

The Warehouse Associate II is primarily responsible for working in our Receiving department, picking, pulling, receiving, labeling, and stocking purchase orders within the specified amount of time. The role requires handling product safely and following best practices to maintain product quality.

What You Will Do

  • Use power equipment (e.g., forklift) to unload deliveries from trucks, organize and store received items in appropriate areas.
  • Efficiently and accurately receive purchase orders, checking for damage and comparing purchase orders with invoices and/or packaging lists.
  • Accurately pull products from warehouse shelves based on item number, size, color, and quantity requirements.
  • Pack and stage completed purchase orders for delivery.
  • Verify accuracy of items picked from warehouse shelves and staged for delivery by other warehouse associates.
  • Achieve or exceed performance expectations by completing all receiving tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Be trained and perform tasks in cross‑functional areas such as picking, pulling, labeling, shipping, and/or helping with deliveries as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School or GED General Studies or Trade School Graduate.
  • 1‑2 years experience in distribution center operations or previous warehouse experience.
  • Physical fitness to move continuously throughout the facility, lift up to 40 pounds, and operate power equipment.
  • Adherence to safety protocols, wearing necessary personal protective equipment.
  • Ability to work in varying conditions, from extreme temperatures to noisy environments.
  • Strong safety orientation and ability to work independently or within a team.

Preferred Skills/Education

  • Experience operating power equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck, yard truck).
  • Experience performing detail‑oriented tasks in a fast‑paced working environment.
  • Experience using spatial reasoning to position product effectively.

Pay Range: $17.85 – $21.80 per hour.
