GSL Education is seeking a dedicated School Support Worker to join a supportive SEN school in Maldon. This full-time role involves working with students with SEN, SEMH, ASD, and ADHD, providing 1:1 and small group support to help them access their learning.
You will closely collaborate with teachers and support teams to promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation. Ideal candidates will have experience in similar roles and a passion for supporting young people with additional needs.
