Customer Service Agent

Salary: £28,734 + bonus up to £1,387 pa OTE
Weekly Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Includes Saturday working on a rota basis)
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be a vital part of our busy branch, providing the following services:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service with a smile.
- Source vehicles, process bookings and sell cars on behalf of customers.
- Handle customer rental queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain and administer customer accounts.
- Oversee daily vehicle movements in and out of the branch.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Work within a fast‑paced environment, contributing to the team’s overall efficiency.
Qualifications
We do not require previous vehicle‑rental experience. We ask for:
- Full UK or EU driving licence.
- Excellent customer service skills and a calm, can‑do attitude.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
