Assistant Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and customer focused Assistant Manager to join our team at Joe Jennings Bookmakers, an independent, family-run business established in 1961.

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the shop, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the Shop Manager in all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day running of the shop, ensuring it operates efficiently and profitably.
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling enquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Oversee cash handling, balancing, and banking procedures accurately.
• Previous experience in a betting shop preferred but not essential.
