SEND Family Liaison & Support Coordinator

Torbay Council is seeking a SEND Family Liaison Coordinator for a 37-hour week to support children and families with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will be the first point of contact for families, helping them navigate local services and improve their experiences.
