Therapeutic Children’s Residential Support Worker

Sgscare is seeking a Children’s Residential Support Worker in Accrington to provide day-to-day care and support children in a therapeutic setting. The role involves working in a full-time capacity with responsibilities that include promoting independence and positive behaviour.

The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting children and will receive ongoing training, supervision, and opportunities for progression. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.
