Supply Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Location: Chelmsford – Start Date: September 2026 – Salary: £85 – £100 per day

Responsibilities
- The schools are looking to appoint Supply LSAs on a day-to-day basis to provide classroom support across the primary phase.
- The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and pupils, supporting learning, encouraging positive behaviour and helping to create a nurturing classroom environment.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in an educational setting
- A patient, caring and supportive approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND is desirable
- A positive, flexible and proactive attitude
