The role
Working within a busy production area, you will:
- Operate high speed machinery producing rubber products
- Carry out quality checks to ensure high standards are met
- Work towards daily production targets
- Complete physical and manual handling tasks
- Follow health & safety procedures at all times
What we’re looking for
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (but not essential)
- Good attention to detail
- A flexible approach to shift work
- A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Strong awareness of health & safety
Shift pattern – 4 week rotating cycle
Week 1 – Afternoon ShiftSunday to Friday | 14:00 – 22:00Saturday & Sunday off
Week 2 – Morning ShiftMonday to Saturday | 06:00 – 14:00
Week 3 – Night ShiftSunday to Friday | 22:00 – 06:00
Week 4 – Paid Time OffOnce finishing at 06:00 Saturday morning, you receive 8 paid shifts for your time off.
