Team Administrator – Marylebone, London (12-Month Contract)

The rewards

  • £19.78 per hour (£36,000 equivalent)
  • 12-month contract, start Monday 6th July
  • Office-based Monday–Thursday, flexible to work from home on Fridays

Hours

  • 9:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday

The role of Team Administrator:

  • Managing new client onboarding and compliance processes
  • Conducting KYC and AML checks
  • Maintaining accurate compliance and client records
  • Coordinating team travel, meetings, and events
  • Preparing expenses, invoices, and reports
  • Updating CRM records, opportunities, and job lists
  • Creating and distributing marketing email campaigns
  • Providing comprehensive support to the Commercial Investment team

The ideal Team Administrator:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to accuracy
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, professional environment
