Responsibilities

• As part of the wider Aviva family, bring fresh thinking into our business to support the transformation of the body shop into the future.
• Challenge traditional thinking to set us apart from competitors.
• Assume responsibility to provide and share expert knowledge throughout the site, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and the service for customers.
• Prepare and prime a new or repaired panel to the first masking stage.
• Polish panels in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Desirable qualifications and experience; ATA accreditation.
• Experience in panel preparation, priming and polishing.
