Job Summary
The start date for this role will not be until the end of July/August 2026.
What You’ll Do
- Deal with inbound/outbound calls in a quick and timely manner.
- Take ownership of challenging calls and use appropriate methods to resolve them.
- Accurately record and update client systems.
- Manage and protect customer information in line with GDPR.
- Proactively keep knowledge up to date using approved training resources in line with campaign needs.

Commute
Must reliably commute to Motherwell, ML1 4WQ before starting work.

Work location: In person.
Expected start dates: July/August 2026 – several start dates.
Requirements
Computer literacy and ability to work flexible hours (37.5 hours over 7 days). Experience is not required; training will be provided.
