CLO Operations Associate

A leading global private markets investment platform is looking to hire a CLO Operations Associate to join its growing Credit team in London.

This is a highly visible role supporting the day‑to‑day management of a European CLO platform within a well‑established private credit business. The position offers strong exposure to investment teams, structuring professionals and external counterparties across the CLO ecosystem.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operational management of CLO vehicles
• Review and challenge compliance tests, collateral reporting and administrator outputs
• Run cashflow projections and waterfall analysis for upcoming CLO payment dates
• Reconcile underlying loan positions across internal systems and collateral administrators
• Support CLO reporting, investor requests and marketing materials
• Work closely with portfolio financing, investment teams and external service providers
• Assist with financial reporting and audit processes for CLO vehicles

Who they’re looking for:

• 5–7 years’ experience in CLO operations, loan administration, or credit platform roles
• Strong understanding of European CLO documentation and structures
• Solid knowledge of corporate loans, bonds and credit instruments
• Experience with coverage tests, collateral quality tests and portfolio profile metrics
• Familiarity with loan market settlement frameworks (LMA / LSTA)
• Experience using systems such as Allvue / Black Mountain, WSO or similar
• Strong Excel and analytical skillset
• Confident communicator able to manage multiple external counterparties
