Job Overview
We are looking for a Booking Coordinator to handle customer enquiries, convert them into job bookings and coordinate engineers for service calls.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand needs and convert interactions into booked services.
- Schedule and organise service calls, upselling or cross‑selling where appropriate.
- Communicate with franchisees, ensuring they are briefed before customer visits.
- Record bookings accurately on the bespoke CRM.
- Handle phone, e‑mail, and chat interactions professionally and empathetically.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience in a customer‑centric environment.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving sales growth.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Multitasking ability across various channels in a high‑energy setting.
- Technological proficiency to manage customer data and track prior bookings.
- Attention to detail to record accurate information.
- Understanding of high‑quality service and importance of customer engagement.
Shift Details
8‑hour shifts: 7:00‑17:00 (requires alternate weekend work) and 12:30‑22:30 (requires alternate weekend work).
Supplemental Pay
Incentives based on sales performance.
