Flexible Care Worker for Children & Young People

Progress Childrens Services in Rowley Regis is seeking Children’s Support Workers to provide care and support for children and young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. The ideal candidate will assist in creating a safe and enabling environment under the guidance of the Team Leader.

This role requires the ability to undertake formal training and demonstrate empathy towards service users. Candidates must be willing to achieve QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care within a year.
