1:1 Learning Support Advocate for Student Success

New Directions Holdings Limited is looking for dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to support children in schools across the Pontypridd area. This rewarding role involves providing individual assistance to pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) to help them reach their full potential.

Candidates should possess qualifications such as NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Teaching Assistance or equivalent experience. Knowledge of various learning difficulties, including Autism and Dyslexia, will be an advantage.
