What you will be doing

  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and time management skills, a positive and hardworking attitude, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Hard Skills: Acute attention to detail to ensure food safety is not compromised, the physical capability to handle lifting and manual handling, and the ability to consistently follow technical instructions and safety procedures.

Why join us

With a starting salary of £28,738 this permanent, full‑time night shift role offers you the autonomy to take ownership of your workspace and make a direct impact on our technical standards. Joining our QEHS & Sustainability team means entering a stable, supportive environment where your hard work is valued, allowing you to build a rewarding career within a critical business category.

Please note that our facility is situated in a rural setting with limited public transport options overnight, making reliable personal transport essential. In return, you will enjoy a consistent Monday‑to‑Friday schedule and the opportunity to grow alongside a collaborative and ambitious team.
