Learning Support Assistant (SEND & Intimate Care)

Paignton Academy is expanding its Learning Support team, seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to provide specialist support for pupils with special educational needs. The role focuses on helping students access the curriculum and supports their emotional and social development.

Candidates should have experience working with children or young people, possess empathy and patience, and demonstrate the ability to work well in a team. Intimate care tasks may be part of the role, and full training will be provided.
