The Role

  • Position: Male Bank Support Worker
  • Location: Swindon (working across two nearby services in SN2 )
  • Shifts: Flexible bank hours including:
    • Service 1 – Day shifts (7am to 10pm)
    • Service 2 – 7.5-hour shifts 15-hour shifts (10am to 7pm) – Sleep-ins (10pm to 7am)
  • This is an active and engaging service, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting others, and being part of day-to-day community life. The role involves some personal care and supporting individuals with behaviours that may challenge.
