Dispatch Coordinator

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics – a Danaher operating company – is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to manage the dispatch of Field Service Engineers and ensure timely, efficient service delivery in the UK and Ireland.

In This Role

• Plan and coordinate field service activities: organise service visits and preventive maintenance schedules for Field Service Engineers.
• Manage logistics and service delivery: order and coordinate spare parts, track service progress to ensure timely completion, and provide clear updates to customers and internal teams.
• Ensure service quality and data accuracy: handle service queries and escalations while maintaining accurate, high‑quality records in dispatch and CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Essential Requirements

• 2+ years in dispatch, logistics, or customer service, preferably in medical diagnostics or healthcare.
• Strong organisational and critical‑thinking abilities, able to perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or field service environment.
