Empowering Learning Disability Support Worker

Vetro Recruitment is hiring a Learning Disability Support Worker in Pontyclun to support adults with learning disabilities in residential and community settings. This role focuses on promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing while engaging individuals in meaningful activities.

Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of experience in social care, hold an Enhanced DBS or be willing to apply for one, and be able to work over 24 hours a week. A full driver’s licence is essential.
