Operations Associate – German, Italian, Spanish, French, Chinese Speaking
Full-time position based in London, UK.
We are looking for an eager Operations Associate to support the ticket marketplace’s operational functions, including logistics, inventory management, data governance, and customer service. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence across a designated country or regional wing.
Responsibilities
- Execute a wide variety of operational tasks associated with logistics, ticket inventory management, website data management, and customer care.
- Master bespoke internal software tools designed to support each operational department.
- Take full ownership of the operational actions in a specific department area (e.g., country/regional responsibility) to maximize accountability.
- Fix and troubleshoot operational issues as they arise, building strong domain and cross‑functional knowledge.
- Proactively identify and implement solutions to improve the efficiency of internal processes.
Skills and Attributes

- High degree of creativity, curiosity, and optimism, with an eye for possibilities that drive the business forward.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward action.
- Outstanding written and oral communication.

- Multilingual skills in German, Italian, Spanish, French, or Chinese (additional languages are a bonus).
