£14.77 per hour (£28,801.50 equivalent annual salary)
Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
Immediate Start – Monday 13th July

The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Executive to join a well-established organisation based in Central Milton Keynes.
This is a long-term temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right person. You’ll be joining a supportive, friendly team where you’ll receive full training and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What you’ll be doing
- Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Delivering a professional and friendly customer experience
- Resolving customer queries efficiently and accurately
- Managing more complex enquiries with empathy and attention to detail
- Maintaining accurate customer records across multiple systems
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve the best outcome for customers
- Following company procedures and compliance requirements
What we’re looking for
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident using multiple IT systems
- A positive, proactive and professional approach
- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
