Salary: £27,034 per annum plus Market Factor Supplement of £2,000 (reviewable annually).

Hours & Duration: 40 hours per week, permanent.

Location: Batchworth Depot, Rickmansworth.

Responsibilities:

• Collect all types of waste from residential properties and commercial businesses.
• Work as part of a team in all weathers and at all times.
• Maintain high service standards under pressure.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures, including PPE and vehicle/human‑handling training.

Qualifications:

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Good interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
