A rare opportunity has arisen for a bright, highly capable and endlessly proactive Junior PA to support a hugely successful creative entrepreneur across both business and personal affairs. The Role
Acting as the gatekeeper and central point of coordination, you will take full ownership of the principal’s day-to-day operations, including:
- Complex diary, inbox and meeting management
- Coordinating international and domestic travel, accommodation and logistics
- Project tracking and ensuring key deadlines are met
- Liaising with key external stakeholders
- Household and property management across home and studio locations
- Coordinating household staff
- Assisting with styling, gifting and personal shopping
- Supporting the principal on shoots, events and creative projects
- Anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise
About You
- Some previous PA or administrative experience is essential
- Degree or equivalent
- Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to pick things up quickly, highly competent and naturally resourceful
- Proactive rather than reactive; you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Flexible, adaptable and comfortable working in ever-changing environments
- Patient and calm under pressure, particularly when plans change at the last minute
- Discreet and trustworthy with excellent judgement
- Culturally engaged with great taste and an interest in the creative industries
General Information
- Based across Central London at the principal’s home, studio and office
- Typical hours 9am–5pm, with flexibility required outside core hours when needed
- Hybrid working when the principal is travelling abroad
- Quarterly travel opportunities
- Discretionary annual bonus
