Joining the in‑house creative team of the world’s largest automotive services company – this company doesn’t sell cars, it’s the B2B infrastructure behind how vehicles are bought, sold, funded and remarketed across the UK and Europe.

The creative function here is being deliberately grown, and this is a hire to raise the bar on how a complex business presents itself.

The Role

You’ll take brand and motion briefs from strategy through to finished work – not executing someone else’s vision, but shaping the visual direction yourself. That means translating strategic insight into design people actually notice, and developing motion work that sets this brand apart in a market where most of its competitors look the same.

Motion is core here, not a bonus skill. Expect to move across a range of live briefs, bringing early thinking and sketch ideas rather than waiting to be handed a layout. If you’re at your best making complex, unglamorous subject matter look modern and considered, the material is on your side.

  • £28,000 – £35,000

The Person

You’re a few years into your design career – an all‑rounder across brand, strategy and design with a genuine, demonstrable motion skillset. You’ve likely come from an agency, a brand studio, or a smaller in‑house team, and your portfolio shows visible thinking, not just polish.

You’ve taken briefs from concept to delivery before, and you’re ready for a role where your remit widens rather than narrows. Sector matters less than range; the ability to make dry subject matter compelling matters most.
