Role
We need a practical, hands‑on Digital Content & SEO Editor to support a short‑term project improving website performance, usability, and content quality.
This role will focus on identifying and fixing SEO issues, improving content, and using analytics to guide decisions.
The role will demonstrate it has been completed successfully by producing updated metadata and SEO improvements across key pages on the BSB website; a cleaned and rationalised website content with improved and rewritten priority pages and user journey; and a final summary of analytics insights and recommended next steps to continue the improvement and maintenance of the website.

Key Skills & Experience
- Degree in communications or digital communications or relevant experience
- Proven experience in digital content editing and on‑page SEO
- A hands‑on, pragmatic doer who can quickly identify issues and implement improvements without requiring heavy strategy, direction or oversight
- Content structure and readability (making complexity simple)
- Search Engine Optimisation best practice
- Writing in plain English
- Experience using Google Analytics (GA4) for content insights
- Confident working within a CMS (e.g. WordPress)
