Contract: Part‑Time (2–3 days per week), Term Time Only

Salary: £8,000.00–£12,000.00 per year

CRE8 is a fast‑growing Creative Industry Academy delivering post‑16 education through real‑world projects, industry partnerships, and hands‑on learning experiences. Our learners develop skills in Creative Media, Content Creation, Social Media, Photography, Videography, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, and Creative Business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support tutors during lessons and practical workshops.
  • Assist learners with creative projects and portfolio work.
  • Capture photos and videos of lessons, events, and activities.
  • Create content for CRE8 social media channels.
  • Design simple graphics and promotional materials using Canva.
  • Help promote learner achievements and success stories.
  • Support open evenings, recruitment events, and industry visits.
  • Assist with general organisation and project administration.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to be an expert in everything. We’re looking for someone who has confidence in some of the following areas:

  • Social media / Content creation
  • Photography
  • Videography
  • Graphic design
  • Digital marketing

You may be:

  • A recent graduate from a Creative Media, Marketing, Photography, Film, Digital Content, or similar course.
  • A content creator looking to gain professional experience.
  • Someone interested in a future career in education.
  • An aspiring marketer looking to build their portfolio.
  • A creative individual looking for a role with variety and progression opportunities.

Most importantly, you’ll be enthusiastic, reliable, organised, and enjoy working with young people.

Essential Skills

  • Good communication skills.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
  • Basic content creation skills.
  • Experience using social media platforms.
  • Confidence using Canva or similar design software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Photography or videography experience.
  • Basic photo or video editing skills.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Understanding of social media marketing.
  • Experience working with young people.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
