Flightline Attendant Trainee

What are your contributions to the team?

As a Flightline Attendant Trainee, you will learn and support a wide range of ground and hangar operations, including:

• Assist with aircraft arrival, departure, and positioning on the ramp and in hangars
• Support refuelling/defueling operations and service aircraft systems (water, lavatory, etc.)
• Help maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with 5S and safety policies
• Operate and assist with ground support equipment and basic servicing activities
• Support passenger and crew handling tasks (greeting, transport coordination, basic assistance)
• Learn routine inspection and basic maintenance support duties of GSE equipment under supervision
• Adhere strictly to environmental, health, and safety procedures always

This trainee role builds core experience in aircraft handling, servicing, and operational support, forming the foundation for a long‑term aviation career.

Basic requirements:

• Strong interest in aviation or aircraft maintenance/operations
• Willingness to learn hands‑on technical and operational tasks
• Ability to work safely in a dynamic ramp or hangar environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Flexible approach to shifts (including weekends and bank holidays)
• Full driving licence

Assets (not essential):

• Previous experience in aviation, engineering, or ground operations
• Familiarity with health & safety or mechanical environments
• Basic understanding of aircraft systems or maintenance practices
