The ideal candidate will have experience cooking to Rosette standards in a fresh food setting, with a focus on nose-to-tail seasonal dishes. You will work within a brigade of 6 in a modern friendly kitchen, enjoying a schedule of 4 days on, 3 days off.
This role offers a great opportunity for professional growth and promotion within the group. Candidates must be living and working in the UK and ideally have their own transport.
