We’re supporting the search for an Early Careers Administration Assistant to join a collaborative team delivering vital support to early careers programmes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to initiatives that shape the next generation of talent.
Working closely with the Early Careers team, you’ll provide high-quality administrative support, helping to keep programmes running efficiently and making a real impact across the business.
What you’ll be doing
- Support the day-to-day administration of the Early Careers function
- Maintain key trackers, including intake and programme data
- Produce and distribute monthly headcount reports
- Manage and support internal communications to the Early Careers community
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Coordinate data management and tagging activities
- Provide general administrative support, including:
- Raising purchase orders
- Booking hospitality and visitor access
- Organising “Day in the Life” sessions
- Supporting education liaison activities
- Assisting with induction planning and onboardingSupporting programme-related events and initiatives
- Contribute to weekly updates and team activity reporting
What we’re looking for
- Experienced in administration within an office environment
- Confident delivering excellent customer service (written and verbal)
- Organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, with the ability to use initiative and solve problems
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently when required
Desirable: Knowledge of Google Suite tools
What you’ll get in return
- Competitive hourly pay:
- £19 per hour (PAYE)
- £25.41 per hour (Umbrella)
